User Agreement

As a subscriber to the Traderbytes datafeed, you, the User, agree to the following. The financial quotes and datafeed ("Data") received with your TraderBytes subscription is provided by Barchart.com Inc. ("BarChart.com"). Your use of the TraderBytes datafeed constitutes your acceptance of this User Agreement.

 Terms and Conditions

You agree that the Data is owned by or licensed to Barchart.com and any user is permitted to store, manipulate, analyze, reformat, print and display the Data only for such user's personal use. In no event shall any user publish, retransmit, redistribute or otherwise reproduce the Data in any format to anyone.

Prior to the execution of a security trade based upon the Data, you are advised to consult with your broker or other financial representative to verify pricing information.

You agree that TraderBytes and Barchart.com do not make any express or implied warranties (including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or use) regarding the Data. The Data is provided to the users "as is." You agree that TraderBytes and Barchart.com are not liable to any user or anyone else for any interruption, inaccuracy, error or omission, regardless of cause, in the Data or for any damages (whether direct or indirect, consequential, punitive or exemplary) resulting therefrom.
